Every natural stone has its unique texture; some traces are not flaws. They are fragile and must avoid collisions with other adamant stuff. While preparing the delivery, everything is under the camera to prove there is no damage. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for natural quartz and customized items.
For other products, if your purchase does not meet your expectations, we accept returns within 14 days from the day your order is delivered. In order to be eligible for the return, the item(s) must be brand new and in the same condition in which it was shipped. We cannot be responsible for damage resulting from scratches, cracks, or abrasions.

Shipping charges for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the shipper; they are refundable only if there is a defect in the merchandise. Orders placed during promotions and events are final and ineligible for refund except in the case of any defect.
